Pilar, Juan and Jose participate in Cr3ce program, funded by UC3M and Region of Madrid, to boost the technology transfer activities of the NSM group!

Jose organizes an advanced course on Plastic anisotropy and damage from single crystal to engineering scaleat CISM in 2023, together with Oana Cazacu, Odd Sture Hopperstad, Ricardo Lebensohn, Javier Segurado and Stanisław Stupkiewicz.
Tiago dos Santos, from the Federal University of Santa Maria, is visiting us until October 14, to continue our collaboration on cavitation instabilities and shock wave propagation in porous media.
Juan and Jose climbed Las Guarramillas, and completed 18 km hike in 4 hours! Great achievement of the NSM group!
We are happy to welcome Thomas, who has just joined the group to investigate the spall fracture of advanced engineering materials used for defense applications!
